      Excellent video with many valuable tips; especially the overall concept of taking a rifle, instead of a shotgun approach. Like you, I believe in the importance of doing research, and then customizing your resume to fit the job your trying to win. I have seen articles about not using cover letters these days, but I believe that is important to make you stand out.
